We communicate with our partners situated in every country of delivery, who in turn have a network of professionally trained florists who deliver high quality floral products from the nearest flower shop to your recipient’s address.
Flowers are freshly delivered from the flower shop which belongs to the nearest member florist to the recipient. In order to provide the best and freshest service possible, our international organisation only works with reputable florists who have had decades of experience with the delivery of fresh flowers.
Quality and Freshness
Our florists take pride in their floral creations, ensuring that a certain quality standard is met. In turn, Mondial Flowers takes pride in the bouquets and arrangements that are created by our international florists. We expect fresh stems to last for approximately a week after delivery is made, assuming that the flowers are kept in good condition by the recipient. In order to guarantee long-lasting freshness, florists may deliver stems which have not fully bloomed yet. They do this to ensure that the recipient can enjoy the bouquet for a longer period of time!
Thanks to our widespread florist network, who source flowers locally and prepare them in their flower shop, we are able to guarantee that each arrangement reaches the recipient in prime condition.
Timely Delivery
Of course, Mondial Flowers not only understands the importance of long-lasting freshness, but also the importance of having a timely delivery service, especially for time-sensitive occasions and events. Rest assured that our florists are committed to deliver flowers on the delivery date requested, and if they can’t do that for some reason, they will let us know so that we can approach the customer for an alternative date. We also offer same day or next day delivery options so that your flowers may reach your loved ones in the shortest time possible.
Florists in different countries have different routines and delivery time expectations. While some florists would want to get the delivery done soon after they open their shop in the morning, other florists prefer to deliver after office hours so that they make sure the recipient is at home. If the customer sends us a particular request for the delivery to be done at a specific time, we forward the request to our partners in the delivery country so that they can let the florist know. They will always do their best, but they cannot guarantee any specific time of delivery.
It is also the custom of many florists to call the recipient before attempting the delivery. This is to make sure that someone will be at the address provided or to organise a delivery time in line with the recipient’s needs.
