Flowers are freshly delivered from the flower shop which belongs to the nearest member florist to the recipient. In order to provide the best and freshest service possible, our international organisation only works with reputable florists who have had decades of experience with the delivery of fresh flowers.
We are in a position that allows us to trust our florists, not only with using fresh blooms to hand arrange your floral gift, but also with a timely delivery. You can be sure that our florists will do their very best efforts to deliver your flowers right on time. Please keep in mind that it is difficult for them to keep within a time-frame stipulated by customers, as this depends on the workload. This is especially the case for major holidays and occasions, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
Florists in different countries have different routines and delivery time expectations. While some florists would want to get the delivery done soon after they open their shop in the morning, other florists prefer to deliver after office hours so that they make sure the recipient is at home. If you send us a particular request for the delivery to be done at a specific time, we will forward your request to our head office in the country for them to let the florist, but please do not be disappointed if the florist cannot manage to keep the delivery within the time-frame stipulated.
It is also the custom of many florists to call the recipient before attempting the delivery. This is to make sure that someone will be at the address provided or to organise a delivery time in line with the recipient’s needs.
